Refund Policy

1. Paid Tools
For web-based tools (calculators, planners, etc.), consumers may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. However, refunds may be limited if you have already used the tool.
2. Digital Content
Digital content such as ebooks (PDF) and Excel templates is delivered immediately upon purchase. Once the download or transmission of digital content has begun, refunds are not available. This is in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which state that the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise acquired.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund and cancellation requests are handled through Paddle's customer support.
- Visit the Paddle Support page and submit your request with your order number.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
4. Access After Refund
Once a refund is completed, access to the associated paid tools will be revoked immediately.
5. Applicable Terms
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle (Merchant of Record). Refund eligibility is determined at Paddle's sole discretion. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Consumer Terms additionally apply.
