WWPERFORMANCE ("Service") is operated by WGENTECH ("Company") and provides digital tools and educational content based on sports science. This includes web-based calculators, planners, ebooks (PDF), etc.
2. Terms of Use
By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Paid content is accessible after payment is completed and is licensed for personal use by the purchaser only.
3. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed through Paddle. Paddle's Terms of Service and Consumer Terms additionally apply.
- Paid tools are one-time purchases. Access is granted immediately upon payment.
- Digital content (PDF, Excel, etc.) is delivered immediately upon purchase. Refunds are not available once the download or transmission has begun.
- For paid tools, consumers may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be limited if the tool has already been used.

4. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Service (text, code, design, data visualizations, etc.) is owned by the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of purchased content is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
- Calculation results are estimates based on published research and do not replace medical diagnosis or clinical judgment.
- The Company is not liable for decisions made based on calculation results.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Service (email, payment details) is used solely for service delivery and is not shared with third parties. Payment information is processed directly by Paddle and is not stored by the Company.
